Agreement
By using Ikoi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
The App
Ikoi is a productivity app for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. It helps you manage tasks, habits, and quick captures. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Subscriptions
Ikoi offers optional premium subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and are determined by Apple's App Store pricing.
Free Tier
The free version includes up to 5 active tasks, 3 habits, and 10 captures. Premium features include unlimited items, custom themes, icon set imports, and adjustable daily caps.
Your Data
You own your data. Ikoi stores data locally and via your iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable Use
Use Ikoi for its intended purpose: personal task and habit management. Don't reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt to exploit the app.
Intellectual Property
Ikoi, its design, code, and pixel art assets are protected by copyright. The "Sprout Lands" sprite artwork is by Cup Nooble and used under license.
Limitation of Liability
Ikoi is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including lost data, missed deadlines, or any indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
