The short version
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or look at it. Ikoi stores your tasks, habits, and captures in your personal iCloud account. We have zero access to it.
Data Storage
All your data (tasks, habits, captures, settings) is stored locally on your device and synced via Apple's iCloud/CloudKit. Data is stored in your private iCloud container. We cannot access, read, or modify your data. We do not operate any servers that store your personal information.
Data Collection
Ikoi does not collect personal information. We do not use analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or any form of user tracking. We do not collect your name, email, location, or any identifiable information.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments or store payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the purchase process.
Third-Party Services
Ikoi uses Apple CloudKit for data sync. No other third-party services are used. No data is shared with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third party.
Data Deletion
Delete the app to remove all local data. iCloud data can be deleted via Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Ikoi. You can also delete individual items within the app at any time.
Children
Ikoi does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require an account and does not collect personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Ikoi after changes constitutes acceptance.
